In person ยท Zurich
Guidance through a break-up
I accompany you through insecurity, anger, and resentment toward a former partner. Difficult feelings have room here. The direction is peace, and gratitude toward the person you shared a part of your life with, where it is honest.
Peace
Room for the insecurity, the anger, and the feelings that are hard to hold. A quieter nervous system in the middle of that, without being hurried out of what is there.
Gratitude
Gratitude, where it is honest, toward the person you shared a part of your life with. Including for what the relationship gave.
Your week
We meet in Zurich, at a pace that fits a normal week. The feelings can be large. You keep your job, and the people who are still yours.
How we begin
A first conversation, so we can both tell whether this is the right company for what you are feeling. After that, a rhythm we agree: often a walk or a sit, as often as the season asks. I tell you the contribution before you commit.
This is guidance and companionship, alongside your ordinary life. If you are in danger, call 112. For someone to talk to right away, the Swiss emotional support line is 143.
